The full set of policies, procedures, plans and registers for your role (operator, supplier or both) and sector variant, tailored to your organisation, independently reviewed, with a condition coverage map. First year of updates included.
Annual Update
£490 + VAT · per year from year two
Revised documents and position notes whenever Ofgem guidance, legislation or a relevant decision changes — we watch the sources so you do not have to.
Tailoring session
£600 + VAT · half day
A consultant works through the pack with your team, aligning it to your existing policies, responsibilities and arrangements.
Invoice with 30-day terms as standard; purchase orders welcome; card payment available on request. Public-sector supplier documentation (insurance, data protection, modern slavery) provided on request.
What is in a Document Pack
The exact set depends on your role and sector variant; a typical supplier-operator pack contains:
- Regulatory Compliance Framework (roles, Regulatory Contact, fit-and-proper governance, self-reporting, audits, legal position register)
- Registration and Data Reporting Procedure
- Financial Resilience Policy, Material Asset Register and Continuity Plan (where the conditions apply to you)
