How it works

1. Enquire. Tell us your role(s), sector and networks in a short form. We confirm scope and price within one working day.
2. Invoice. We issue a VAT invoice (30-day terms; purchase orders welcome; card payment available). Work starts on payment or PO.
3. Intake. You complete the intake questionnaire — organisation details, contacts, roles, networks, existing policies.
4. Build and review. We build your pack from our maintained templates, tailor it to your answers, and an independent reviewer checks it against the conditions.
5. Deliver. Within two working days of intake you receive secure download links and the tailoring guide. Updates follow for a year.
