About Alluvium Energy
Alluvium Energy Ltd is an independent energy consultancy [based in …, working in heat networks and energy systems since …]. We built this service because the documents side of Ofgem's new heat network regime rewards exactly what most operators and suppliers lack time for: reading every condition, guidance paragraph and statutory instrument, keeping the reading current, and writing it down in policies a real organisation can run.
Our method is unusual for document templates. Every obligation we act on lives in a requirements register built from verbatim extracts of the primary sources — the conditions, Ofgem's guidance, SI 2025/269 and its amendments, and the Energy Ombudsman's scheme terms. Every clause in every template traces back to a register entry; an independent reviewer checks each document against the register before it ships; and a weekly decision watch covers Ofgem, legislation, the tribunals and the courts so that packs and position notes move when the rules do. Where the law is unsettled we say so, give you our interim position and its basis, and leave room to record your own legal advice — we don't paper over open questions.
