Alluvium Energy · Heat network compliance

Compliance documents for heat network operators and suppliers — tailored to you, traceable to the rules, kept current.

Since 27 January 2026 Ofgem's authorisation conditions apply to heat networks in Great Britain, with registration due by 26 January 2027. Our document packs give you every policy, procedure, plan and register the conditions call for — built for your role and sector, reviewed independently, and updated when the rules or the case law move.

Why ours

Traceable

Every clause cites the condition paragraph or guidance it satisfies. You can show an auditor or ombudsman the line, not just the policy.

Fitted to your role

Operator, supplier or both; housing provider, ESCo or asset owner. Exclusions handled properly — we won't hand a council an asset register it isn't required to keep.

Honest about open questions

Where the law is unsettled — is this heat charge a service charge? — we give you an interim position, the basis, and a place to record your legal advice, rather than pretending it is decided.

Kept current

We watch Ofgem, legislation, tribunals and the courts. When something changes, your documents and position notes change with it.
